Yes, our leggings are cut to UK standard sizing. The fabric has 4-way stretch so they conform to your shape rather than restricting it. If you're unsure, the fit finder will confirm.

Exchanges are free and we cover the postage. You have 14 days from delivery to start an exchange. Head to our returns page and select the exchange path.

Standard tracked delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express next-day delivery is available if ordered before 2pm Monday–Friday. InPost locker delivery takes 2–4 working days.

Yes, standard tracked delivery is free on orders over £75. That's roughly one legging and a top. Under £75, standard delivery is £3.95.

Go to our returns page and select 'Exchange'. Enter your order number and email, choose your reason, and pick the size you'd like instead. We'll email you a prepaid label, nothing to pay.

Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return items for a full refund. You'll need to cover the return postage. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we process the refund within 3–5 working days. It'll appear on your original payment method.

Our leggings are made from a 4-way stretch performance fabric that's squat-proof, sweat-wicking, and holds its shape wash after wash. Full fabric composition is listed on each product page.

Machine wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle. Avoid tumble drying, lay flat to dry. Don't use fabric softener as it can degrade the performance properties of the fabric.

No, our leggings are fully squat-proof. Every piece is tested for opacity before it goes into production.

We process orders quickly, so changes aren't always possible. Contact us as soon as possible at support@avanceactive.com and we'll do our best. If the order has already shipped, you can exchange or return it once it arrives.

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, it's possible there was a typo in your email address. Contact us with your name and approximate order date and we'll track it down.

Not currently, but it's something we're looking at for future. If you're ordering as a gift, let us know in the order notes and we'll leave out the receipt.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify.

Yes, our site runs on Shopify, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
